The App is a technology platform that connects users with independent experts or consultants for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only.

• You must be 18 years or older to use the App
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete
• Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or providing false details is strictly prohibited

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account with any other person
• Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility

• Consultations can be booked by selecting an available consultant and a time slot
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment
• Users will receive a confirmation notification once booking is completed

No refunds are allowed. Rescheduling of sessions is only permitted if the consultant fails to join the call or a technical issue occurs on our side.

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• The App does not store card details, UPI credentials, or banking information
• No refunds are issued; rescheduling is available under the circumstances described above
• Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction

• Calls are conducted solely between the user and the selected consultant
• Calls are not recorded by default; prior consent will be obtained if recording is introduced
• Users must not record any session without the consultant's explicit consent
• Abusive, harassing, obscene, or inappropriate behaviour during consultations may result in immediate account suspension
• Call quality depends on the user's internet connection and device performance — the platform is not responsible for disruptions beyond our control

Consultants available on the App are professionals. While we perform basic verification, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction, guidance, or consultation. Users interact with consultants at their own discretion and risk.

Users agree not to:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts
• Share login credentials with others
• Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse consultants or other users
• Record consultations without consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Misuse wallet balances, payment systems, or promotional offers

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive or illegal conduct, or attempts to exploit the platform or payment systems.

• The App and its owners are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from consultations
• We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes arising from reliance on guidance received
• We are not liable for technical failures, call drops, server downtime, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, and software in the App are the property of Master Vastu Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
